TIME:  7:00 P.M.

Written nominations MUST be forwarded, on the appropriate form, to the FM Secretary by
10.00 a.m. Monday 9th November 2009. 

In the case of only one written nomination being received, that person will
be elected to the position.  In the case of 2 or more written nominations
being received, then a secret ballot will take place.  In the case of
no written nominations being received, nominations shall be taken
from the floor. 
If more than one nomination is received, then a secret ballot shall take place.

Positions being called for are:-
• President
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Ladies Representative
• Men’s Representative
• Coach’s Representative
• Junior Representative
• 3 x Committee Members

In regard to any other positions that need to be filled, handwritten
nominations will be sufficient for these positions. Each club needs
to have a minimum of 2 delegates attend the AGM, but can only have 1 vote.

You may photocopy the form for more than one nomination.
